A lot of love and care has gone into developing "Munilu" products and we are so confident that you'll love them we are offering a 14 day Money Back Guarantee with no questions asked.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please send us an email by contact@munilu.com and include your order number in the email.
Please allow 2-3 working days for us to review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a RA number along with our return shipping address. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee ( not more than 3AED) and also a 25% admin fee which will be deducted from the refund total.

Refunds

Munilu will issue refunds and exchanges on case-by-case bases. The return and/or exchange request will be processed as soon as possible. If accepted most of returns and/or exchanges are processed within five (5) to seven(7) business days.

● Your claim must be lodged within 14 days from your purchase date.
● Our Money Back Guarantee doesn't apply to any products bought during a sale period or where a discount/promotional code has been used.
● The customer is only able to make a claim once and it must be their first order on "munilu.com".  If you have previously bought from us, unfortunately you aren't eligible lodge a money back claim.
