Care Policy

MUNILU is not responsible for any damages resulting from misuse or incorrect storage of its products by the customer after the purchase and receipt process.

Munilu wants you to enjoy your clothes for as long as possible, so here are some tips on how to care for them:

  • Read the care label. This is the best way to know how to wash, dry, and iron your clothes properly. The care label is usually located on the inside of the garment, near the hem.
  • Wash clothes in cold water. This will help to prevent colors from fading and fabrics from shrinking.
  • Use a gentle detergent. Harsh detergents can damage fabrics. Look for a detergent that is labeled as "gentle" or "delicate."
  • Air-dry clothes whenever possible. Tumble drying can cause fabrics to fade, shrink, and develop wrinkles.
  • Iron clothes on the lowest setting. This will help to prevent the fabric from scorching.
  • Store clothes in a cool, dry place. This will help to prevent moths and other pests from damaging your clothes.
  • Search through search engines for the best ways to care for the fabric you have if there is no enough information available within the product

Here are some additional tips for caring for specific types of clothes:
  • Silk: Hand wash silk in cold water with a mild detergent. Do not wring or twist the silk. Lay the silk flat to dry.
  • Wool: Hand wash wool in cold water with a mild detergent. Do not wring or twist the wool. Block the wool into shape while it is still wet. Dry the wool flat or on a drying rack.
  • Denim: Wash denim in cold water with a regular detergent. Tumble dry denim on low heat.
  • Leather: Clean leather with a leather cleaner and conditioner. Do not wash leather in water.
  • Dry clean: Some clothes, such as delicate fabrics and formalwear, should always be dry cleaned.
Here are some additional things to keep in mind when caring for your clothes:
  • Spot clean stains as soon as possible. This will prevent the stain from setting in.
  • Turn delicate fabrics inside out before washing. This will help to protect the fabric from the harshness of the washing machine.
  • Be careful with zippers and buttons. Make sure they are closed before washing or drying your clothes.
  • Don't overload the washing machine or dryer. This can cause clothes to get wrinkled and damaged.
